On November 26, the Christmas season begins with Paula’s Tree Lighting Celebration at the Lumberjack Feud. Paula Deen and the Deen family will be onsite to illuminate our HUGE 30-foot tree dressed with winter décor and lumberjack themed ornaments. The festivities will begin at 5:00 pm with live entertainment from Misty River, local marching bands, dance teams, and high school choirs. The event will be hosted by Opie Joe from 100.3 The Wolf. The evening includes fresh tacos, drinks (including our hot cocoa bar), and a cookie decorating station. Santa Claus will be present for free photos in front of the tree and around Lumberjack Square. The Lumberjack Feud Show will be at 5:00 & 8:00 pm and the 8:00 pm show will be attended by Paula Deen and family. Paula Deen will light the 30 foot tree at 6:45 pm. The Lift Church children’s choir will perform following the tree lighting.
